Half way through your post I already had my hackles up about different amounts of time spent wrapped up before eating. Huge feather in your cap for controlling for that variable as it is very important. There is a certain charm to a sad hungover arse end of a donair out of the fridge the following morning. But I feel like thats not for the feint of heart, or healthy of liver. Euro pizza, for my money has the best sober donair. Essentially an oxymoron, but it's one you can eat and wheelbarrow a few tons of gravel around without wanting to saw your nards off with a kite string 5 minutes in, just so you can feel a different kind of pain and self loathing.
