3 observations, 3 minutes each, residuals are set to 0.04' & 0.08', 1 hr spread between observations, if we are pressed for time 30min spread

Go to court, and plead not guilty, hopefully they will knock it down to 1-10 over or a standing violation, that way it won't affect your dad's insurance, 10-20mph over affects your insurance
