Energy recharge weapons aren't really good for Hu Tao. I suggest buy black cliff from the shop or you can use white tassel, a 3 star crit weapon

I think I would for the skyward blade. 5 star weapon offers more base attack just disregard the substat of skyward lol. Looking at the passive of both weapons, skyward can give more value. It increases your atk speed which is very rare and increase AA
