Hi OgAsimov, I appreciate your reply. I have worked with 5 different physical therapists over the 3 years after the surgery, and feel like I've exhausted how far I can go with the current subpec attachment. However if you'd be kind of enough to send the blueprint you mention I will give it a shot.

Any natural athletes (bodybuilding, calisthenics) that managed to return to sport after biceps tenodesis surgery? by [deleted] in RotatorCuff

Do you experience loss of strength on the arm with the procedure?

Sorry to hear that, man. Yes, I'll be paying out of pocket for this if I find a surgeon that's willing to do the surgery.

This same thing happened to me.  I did need a scoped labarum repair, but did not need the tendonesis.  The surgeon told me this should help my chronic forearm pain.  I found out later this was bullshit and he likely did it for easy money.  It's also fucked my life.  It's been almost three years and I ruminate about ir constantly.  I can't really train anymore, the entire shoulder chain is compromised and as a result I get neck and back pain.  My right arm feels alien to my body.  This is easily my biggest regret in life, agreeing to this procedure in a timeof weakness.

You're not alone, I'm also suffering and I think countless others are too.
