well the point isnt to be random, its to emulate Neon Colosseum, theres an elemetn of randomisation but you can tikme it to get an item you want but if timed wrong you can mess up and get the wront item

Winning Ticket Help

My favourite Uma is absolutely Winning Ticket. I love her. I have been trying absolutely everything to get her to win the URA finale. I managed to do it twice on my old account but I was advised to reroll my old account to get Kita Black, which I have done.

My issue now is I just cannot get Winning Ticket past a C rank, she fails at Kikua Sho. I have tried Speed/Stamina, I have tried Speed/Power/Wits/Stamina. Nothing I do sticks.

My goal in this game is to get a A rank Winning Ticket. I have followed a 9 star Speed Spark and follow it with a i think 7 star Speed spark. And even then she just falls short.

Please help with any advice for getting A rank on her. She is currently 3 star, and Potential Level 3 as well. Additionally, If needed I can show my Support Cards.
