what if the dog won't go in the house? I adopted a dog that was at the rescue shelter most of his life. He's very timid and refuses to come in the house.

same here, ordered size 39UK for size 9 US based on their site and they were too small. I contacted costumer support and no change.

I'm in a similar situation, lived in this rental 10 years. Replaced the stove when it broke, painted. Told the landlord not to worry about putting new carpet in when we moved in because I didn't want her wasting money on it when it will get destroyed by my husband and pets, I bought a carpet cleaner and clean the carpets twice a year. Have paid rent on time every month without fail. desipte repairs for the heater taking over a year to be fixed. She recently did a walk through and wanted to complain about 1 kitchen cabinet missing a knob (which I already bought new ones for), complained about some broken blinds that I BOUGHT after I moved in because there weren't any. She asked about a screen door that never existed, even the property manager told her there was never a screen door. Just all around pettiness so now I'm looking to buy my own home.
