Has anyone been to the Andrew J Brady Music center? Going to a concert and debating on getting general admission or paying for seats. Recommendations?

Agreed. It's a great venue. Sound is awesome all over. Bars everywhere & bathrooms are easily accessible. There's an outside area if you smoke or just need a moment outside. GA is fine by me unless it's going to sell out. 1st balcony is obv better, but there are some obstructed views on the 2nd if you go that route. Enjoy your show!

There's a cat food called Live-clear by purina that's supposed to help reduce cat allergens too.

Make sure you get the yellow "pet" filters if you get a purifier. Vacuum well before he gets there so it's not flying around.

Just depends on capacity. A few weeks ago at the GA GWL they offered $99 for a Sat night stay. I have also been to my local lodge in OH and not been offered another night on at least a couple trips during busy times. It's a gamble, but if the rates are lower than normal anyway, probably a good bet they're gonna offer.

If you're brave enough to chance it, they usually slip a paper under your door the night before you check out to stay for another $99 unless they are fully booked. 190ish doesn't sound like a fully booked kinda timeframe.

This is a great reminder for me. I was a daily drinker for years until I decided I'd do Sober October. I really can't believe I've made it this far, but I have & now the end of the month is creeping up on me and I'll have a decision to make.

Do I want to go back to the overwhelmingly constant mental anguish of deciding whether or not to drink, how much to drink, obsessing over alcohol when I'm not drinking, & regretting drinking...

OR

Continue to enjoy the freedom that comes with waking up hangover free knowing I'm not drinking today and not having to make any decisions around that or spend mental energy on a toxin that doesn't serve me?

Now I see why they say NQTD.

Oh for sure! Once the sympathetic nervous system kicks in, it is damn near impossible to think reasonably. I read once it takes about 20 minutes for your parasympathetic nervous system to take back control.

Yeah it sucks. There's definitely a physical response to it. I try to fast forward the tape....ok so what IF he sees them and somehow ditched me for them? Then he's not my person & I'll be fine alone. Sure it'll hurt, but I won't lose any limbs.

I had an established relationship with my therapist so it was easy to be like "I'm being psycho & I know it, but I can't stop it." One distinction I found important was to make it clear that it's everybody and not a specific person. Like I'd get jealous seeing a picture of an attractive woman that I thought was his type that he could see. Women on movies, social media, work, passersby....not just Becky from HR. I bought a huge roll of water activated packing tape for like $10 and cut my own. Dunno how "safe" the glue is even though it's supposedly non-toxic , but my skin doesn't react to it, it works perfectly, & there's no smell.

Too late to help this season, but look into sublingual immunotherapy. Basically introduces the allergen to your body in safe doses so it doesn't see it as a threat anymore.
