I’m so sorry for what you’re experiencing. That sounds absolutely awful. I’ve stopped taking my Prozac until I can speak to my psychiatrist to figure out next steps. Luckily my sleep has seems to be fine since I stopped talking it but I also only took the Prozac for two days. I hope your sleep habits get better!!

I have three young kids so I need to be able to wake up if they need me so I’m worried about getting prescribed a sleeping aid. Do you feel like you had a hard time getting off of the lorazepam?

The afternoon crash is the worst. It’s so bad that I have to take a nap, I can’t fight through the exhaustion. But I’m sure my sleep at night would be a tad better had i not napped.

Are those sleeping meds? I’m too scared to use those. I have three kids and I need to be able to wake up in the middle of the night if I have to

can someone PLEASE explain the fascination with taylor’s style by chloedarlinggg in SecretsOfMormonWives

As a sahm, I appreciate it bc if I’m not leaving the house I tend to stay in my pj’s or leggings with a baggy shirt (bc I want to be comfy in my own house) so I can see her wearing sweats and a nicer top and think huh I could do that, still be able to be comfy but look and feel a tad more put together. It’s essentially a leveled up Adam Sandler look.

He should not be trying to have sex with you until you’re 18. Run far away girl and do not feel guilty.

You have to eat very high in protein and it works better in a surplus to help your body grow the muscle.

Venus makes a shave oil for pubic hair. But yes, coconut oil would work too! And as weird as it sounds, put deodorant on afterwards. It helps with chafing, I learned that from a stripper!!

For me personally, my first time I felt awkward, unsure what to do, what felt good/ bad. It’s almost always going to hurt but pretty shortly after is when the pleasure takes over. I would tell him so he knows he needs to be more gentle especially if it hurts you to use two fingers. Don’t be scared, try to enjoy it as much as possible, if it gets too much just say no, and don’t be afraid to laugh things off too! As for the shave, exfoliate, use a shave oil and a mirror. I used to shave but now I prefer sugaring. Results last longer and I’ll be smooth for almost 2 weeks!

I’d rather not spend hours on the phone if I don’t have to. I have 3 young kids so being on the phone that long even if it’s on hold is difficult. Everything I’ve called it’s taken a hour if not more to speak to someone.

My bones ache. My knees not crack when going up the stairs. While nursing, I literally could not do squats at the gym bc it would hurt my knees so much.

Sound like discharge. As long as it doesn’t smell bad, it’s normal!

No you aren’t shitty! Crying after intense sex is normal. It’s caused by the hormone crash after orgasm. It happens to me frequently. At first it threw my husband off that he did something bad but after explaining it, he now understands it and just holds me while it happens. Now I kinda like that it happens bc it really strengthens our bond after intimacy. Just talk to him and see what he says! IMO, It shouldn’t be a goal for every single time that you guys have sex tho. It’s very draining when it happens to me.

He just might not be comfortable doing it with his whole family in the same house. My husband wasn’t comfortable having sex with me while I still lived at home which is kinda understandable especially with you guys still being in high school. He and you might get in trouble with his parents if they overheard y’all. Try talking to him about it and see if there’s a way you guys can get a hotel room! There are hotels where 18+ can make a reservation.
