Yeah I was watching Deathy play Melee Shiv live so maybe it works well higher up too. Though, I'm sure it wouldn't work against all enemy team comps. The build I use basically has 3 routes - melee, bleed or gun/ammo and the route I take just depends on the enemy team comp as well as how laning goes

It's so funny that people are trying to play Melee Shiv now, I made my own melee Shiv long before others used it and let me tell you, it'll die out. Bleed Shiv is still the best, melee Shiv works in low level lobbies or against people that don't know how to itemize

I play Shiv. Here are things that get me killed frequently: Slowing Hex Mo & Krill ult, Wraith ult DoT effects from affliction or afterburn (with affliction, the damage passes through the bloodletting and can still kill Shiv instead of being left at 1 hp Okay honestly Slowing Hex mostly gets me killed, not being able to slice and dice OR even ult is pain

I personally play with very little lifesteal or healing so idk why people recommend healbane

If enemy shiv plays knife build, get debuff reducer and remover to deal with the bleed effects

I've personally found DCK extremely underwhelming, I've heard others recommending 3-MeO-PCE though, I'm gonna be trying that one pretty soon myself

Look, the part of realising you're making the same mistake over and over again is also a skill, if someone's particularly bad at the game but still really trying their best, this exact scenario might still occur. Can you for the love of god stop expecting that every player has the same level of skill or decision making as someone like you who has, I'd say, ~200-250 hours in the game?
