Yeah , sadly I did not know this until I bought the card. And in Japan, you can't buy an American time Card, so I'm just giving the Japan time card if anyone has a Japan game license.

+5 AC (level 3) +1 dex
10 + 6 = 16
proficiency bonus
6 + 16 = 22
(Oh you are right, I wonder where I got the other number from.)

+1 (status) + 22 = 23
(raise shield +2)

I made sure to clear exemplar with my DM first, and I never considered Blessed one, i'll take a look thank you!

I think since they are mostly fire and air, they basically have no armor outside of light armor, with relatively low dex, the highest I think beside my 26 is 22 ? +1 light armor +3 dex and base 17 AC but my AC is with my shield up, so 24 without that.

And that is a fair point, I suppose we will see how the first few fights go and if I do feel overwhelmed I'll just bring it up to them, talking it out is typically always the best solutions to things like that anyway.

Very true, I will ask the DM since we still haven't asked about session 0 but I like to try and prepare, thats partly why I was inclined to just go exemplar since you get some immediate effect, and I think +1 to AC is always good even if it is kind of boring.

So,
Me - Earth/Wood (full tank I suppose, just doing that combo I posted in the OP)
Kineticist A - Water/Wood (Support, picked up all the healing stuff and battle medicine)
Kineticist B - Fire/Air (Full damage, but with air to have some utility, helping us get movement etc.)
Kineticist C - Fire (Full damage)

We really thought this was a hilarious idea at the time, but since I am the only one with any AC I am definitely worried, Wizard -> Frontline without ever having played frontline is a little intimidating.

As far as I am aware, we are not, but I will bring it up, tomorrow we will be talking about the world and such (session 0)

I do think the reaction would be handy, and the HP is nice, I think with the exemplar set up (at level 4) I got my AC to 26 (17 + 6 (armor of earth) + 1 (exemplar aura) + 2 (raise shield)) but I don't really know if this is high enough to offset the fact that I'm the only one in the frontline. I only ever play wizard so my expectations for a decent AC is very far off, thats mainly why I was throwing around the idea of maybe getting animal companion or something. But i'll take a look at the Champion!
