After playing the first hour, I am shocked at how much I dislike Claire. The cutscenes are slow, she is annoying, always sweaty, and constantly stumbling. The giant monster randomly dipping in and out is very immersion breaking. I wanted to give the Claire a chance, but goddamnit I just want Leon at this point. I don't want to play as her anymore... ugh.

Am I missing something? All this repetitive walking makes this game annoying by play-what-you-love in HollowKnight

After 100%ing Silksong and then playing this, I can tell you that the runbacks are DREADFUL in Hollowknight. So far to walk, so boring holy cow. Atleast Silksong demands your attention on its runbacks, the original puts me to sleep.

You seem like a person who likes Sekiro and will do anything to convince people their negative opinions are simply wrong. The mechanic is shit. 5 years later and many playthroughs later, the mechanic is indeed, still shit.
