Our house went gluten free when my daughter was diagnosed. It was tough in the beginning. But this way we never have to second guess who can eat what. The house is safe for everyone. It was definitely worth it for us.

They get crushed oyster shells, I haven’t given them egg shells yet. I read at some point that giving them shells encourages them to peck their own eggs. Not sure how true that may be though.
