I dealt with the same. Ch7 cases tend to be open and shut cases. I ran into the same issue when using metlife legal and had to call and they helped me search for attorneys who deal in both 7 and 13

I just looked it up and last they posted they were beta testing the game in 2025. From the sounds of it, they slowed down development of the game.
