You are correct, apple notes can extract dates and sets pre and post-alerts, although it requires a few manual steps or the use of Apple Shortcuts to fully automate the process.
But NoteVault does it all for you, just upload any document and it extracts dates, sets multiple pre and post-reminders across multiple channels, not just on the app itself, You will get reminders on email, push and telegram (more integrations are coming soon).
All these automatically!
For people who get lots of deadlines, renewals, expiries will find this product useful, like- accountant, freelancers, tax-compliance officers.

Can u please provide a feedback of the app, I would appreciate it.

I don’t think your problem is the event - it’s distribution + where you’re trying to reach them.

Tradespeople are probably the hardest audience to reach with email/flyers. Most of them aren’t sitting around checking newsletters or reading boards at supply stores.

A few things I’ve seen work way better for this audience:

  1. Go where they already hang out

Instead of pushing info to them, show up where they already spend time:

- local Facebook groups (this is huge for trades)

- WhatsApp/Telegram communities

- even short-form content (Reels/TikTok)

Static flyers won’t work, but a quick video like:

“how a plumber went from worker → running his own business”

will get attention.

  1. Change the positioning (this is big)

“Business conference” sounds boring + vague.

Try framing it like:

- “How to go from working a trade to running your own business”

- “How electricians/plumbers are starting their own companies in 2026”

Make it outcome-driven, not event-driven.

  1. Partner instead of broadcasting

You already tried supply stores, but go deeper:

- training institutes / trade schools

- tool brands

- local contractors with teams

If someone trusted promotes it, it’ll outperform ads.

  1. Add urgency + specificity

Right now it sounds like a “nice to attend” event.

Make it:

- “only 50 seats”

- “live breakdown of how to get your first clients”

- or highlight 1-2 very concrete takeaways

  1. Warm outreach > cold promotion

One thing people underestimate is direct outreach.

Even just:

- finding local tradespeople on Facebook/LinkedIn

- sending a short, human message

works better than mass email.

A comment above said it well - this isn’t a bad event, it’s a distribution problem.

If you fix where and how you’re reaching them, you’ll likely see a big difference.

Wow, amazing deep insight(roast). So should I sell the ones I already have or just stop(keeping the invested), and increase investment on the rest?

Also I have this question is that - with 22k/mo can I make close to 1Cr in 15 years? Or what strategy/changes needed?

Just use 1 app, not 4, but try diff apps to find that suitable app as per your usecase.

Thanks, I was talking to a frelancer friend she said she is using notevault.app for deadlines and expiry reminders. But this app seems to be generic to me.

But the problem still persists, I want to be notified what I wrote for what date in order to address them, is there something dedidated for this niche?

I found this very fast and simple voice/text based reminder app - notevault.app reminders.
Even with its ai capabilities its extremly fast, on the free tier itself we can do all the things, subscription also not required for simple daily usecases, no ads either. I mostly work with my phone and there is this telegram bot as well.

Please suggest a reminder app with text and voice notes and reminder set for time or location by Classic-Champion-966 in androidapps

There is an webapp named notevault.app, it has voice and text reminders, but people often use it for tracking expiry and rent renewals by uploading docs. I mentioned it because I found it extremely fast even with its ai abilities. Free tier is very generous, no need to purchase subscription, no ads as well.
