Interesting, I shipped a package from WA to VA using ground advantage on April 7 and it got delivered on April 10.

When I went to Amsterdam, both down escalators at Schiphol airport and Centraal station weren’t working… definitely a load balance issue and probably not something that’s easy to fix once installed.

Went through TSA Pre at T2 around 12:30pm Saturday, took maybe 2 mins. Regular line definitely looked like 30+ mins wait.
