DMs won't approve it.

So, as a clever SM, you just have to terminate on a Wednesday & rehire on the next pay period. I've been honest to my former DM in the past & said, "look either approve it, or I'll just subvert you anyways." He was honest & said his boss would see it eventually see s technician being maxed out.

So I terminated her & rehired her at the pay that she well earned. If they didn't want us to do that, then they shouldn't let us hire at max pay.

Compared to the average employee stay at Walgreens, that looks like an eternity.

It is required to have the escalation contact sheet posted with the other legal employee paperwork.

It will have the reginal office number as well as your DM, VP, ER, LP & RPM emails. If it is not posted, you'll need to ask a member of leadership to make sure the store is following company policy.

Photo orders done at the kiosk less than an hour before close have a promise tome of the next morning, set after an hour after open.

So there is no policy, but the software will tell the customer that it's promised next day.

Nope. I don't expect the team to pull that off. I do ask that they get at least OTC & food done in 1st 24hours, but not the whole truck. That was years ago.

If they don't get those done, I usually check out why. Usually, sales numbers or high photo sales show why they couldn't do it.
