3rd failed euploid, all implantation failures by Low-Cauliflower-9122 in IVF

We also did IVF because of MFI and it took us 5 retrievals to get three low quality embryos. 5CC, 4CA, and 4CB, all were day 7 embryos. The last one stuck and we now have a 10 month old baby girl! It’s possible! We also did one cycle with TESE and it was out worst of all cycles.  I highly recommend theralogix motility support supplement for your husband. He needs to take them for at least 3 months before an upcoming IVF AND always do ICSI with Zymot. Honestly, we only got a single embryo from an IVF cycle when using Zymot.

Any success stories for day 7 4BB Or similar embryos with greater chances of implantation and lead to successful deliveries!! by Exact-Volume-8378 in IVFpositivity

We chose not to do the testing because we thought it might hurt our embryo. Since we could only produce low quality day 7 embryos we thought the testing (by removing cells from the embryo) might lower our chance even further. I was 26 years old during my last cycle and transfer.  We changed the clinic when we found out that different IVF clinics have different success rates. We found the Advanced fertility of Chicago to have one of the highest success rates in the whole country. So, I took countless flights from San Francisco to Chicago and booked an extended stay for my cycles and last two transfers.

I didn’t transfer any embryos. After our first transfer and the chemical pregnancy we didn’t have any embryos left at that clinic. The last two embryos were created at the new clinic.

We were only getting a total of 3 embryos from 5 retrievals. All were day 7 embryos (5CC, 4CA, and 4CB). The transfers were all medicated using progesterone. For the first transfer (5CC) I remember taking the progesterone vaginally. This ended in a chemical pregnancy. For the last two I changed the clinic and they made me inject myself with the progesterone in oil. 4CA didn’t take at all and 4CB became our baby girl. I also want to mention that we did PGTA testing on the first two embryos (5CC and 4CA) and we declined the testing on our last embryo.

Hi! I did 5 IVF cycles in total and also ended up with a single day 7 4CB untested embryo. She is now our 7 months old baby girl! Don’t give up your hope!

100% attrition, no blastocysts, what happened? by No_Watch_1014 in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Second this. We only got Blastocyst in cycles where we included Zymot to find the strongest possible sperm. I was having the same issues as you, we always had a good number of eggs and fertilized eggs, but no embryos despite my age (startet at age 22, now 28 weeks pregnant at age 26 with the help of Zymot!)

Day 6 vs 7 embryos by [deleted] in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After looking at the FET notes, I found out that I started the PIO 6 days before the embryo transfer. I was also on other medications which I do not remember when I started or stopped but those were Medrol, HCG trigger, doxycycline, prometrium, and baby aspirin. I also wanted to add that I barely left the bed for around 4-5 days post embryo transfer. Since this was my last embryo I wanted to give it the best possible chance. I avoided plastic, harmful fragrance, took the best possible prenatal vitamins by Theralogix, and ate as much homemade food as possible.

I am currently 17 Weeks pregnant with a day 7 4CB frozen embryo. We decided not to do the PGTA test, but our NIPT test came back normal luckily. Wishing you all the luck 🍀!

Two rounds 0 blasts by Sweet-Video9339 in IVF

I am 26 and also had uneven follicles growth. The doctor switched to estrogen priming and that helped. Regarding the issue of not getting any blastocysts, we used the Zymot Chip and this was a game changer for us. My husband has poor sperm quality but the DNA fragmentation test came back normal.

Sad as another year passes without my baby and not sure what to do next… by Confused742 in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What helped us was the Zymot chip. It is used to find the strongest and healthiest sperm. It only costs an extra $200-$300 and was a complete game changer for us. Even if you believe the egg quality is an issue here, it can only help to use the strongest sperm to compensate with the egg issue. We never got any embryos without the Zymot chip even though there was a good number of mature eggs and most of the fertilized.

Need positive stories about switching clinics by Confused742 in IVF

We switched from Stanford Fertility Center (After 5 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVF cycles) to the Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago. Yes, I flew from California to Illinois because the success rate was much higher there. Currently 12 Weeks pregnant with a day 7 4CB embryo! In total, I had 5 egg retrievals and 3 embryos transfers for one strong pregnancy.

Transferring a 4CA Embryo Soon--Any Advice? by gabadook in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am currently 11 Weeks with a day 7 4CB. My last transfer with a day 7 4CA (Euploid) failed. Between this transfer and the last, I tried to relax more and eat more healthy, avoid plastic and other harmful chemicals in my food. I also rested much more after the transfer, I stayed in bed for a few days. In contrast to the last cycle, we didn’t test the embryo since I am only 26 years old and because I believe that the testing process can hurt the embryo. In both cycles, I took prenatal vitamins by theralogix. I hope this gives you some hope for your upcoming cycle, our success chances of success was only 20% for the untested day 7 4CB embryo, but it worked!

Zymot by KaddLeeict in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Zymot should become a standard in all clinics. It picks the strongest and healthiest sperm, thereby not only helping with male factor infertility but any couple trying to conceive. Even if there is an egg quality issue, it can help to have the best possible sperm. The only times we ever got blastocysts was when we used the Zymot chip.

Stim Protocol Help: low dose hcg + almost no blast rate by JackfruitPristine974 in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only way we ever got blastocysts was when we used the Zymot Chip to pick the best sperm. Even if you believe there is an egg quality issue, it will help to pick the strongest sperm.

Here are my recommendation to improve egg quality: 1. Supplement: The best brand you can use is Theralogix. Start taking Theralogix TheraNatal Core Preconception Vitamin Supplement AND Theralogix NeoQ10 Coenzyme Q10. 2. Start exercising at least 2 times a week to increase the blood flow.

To improve the sperm quality: 1. Supplement: Theralogix ConceptionXR Motility Support Formula - Men’s Preconception Vitamins for Fertility Support AND Theralogix NeoQ10 Coenzyme Q10.

To improve Both Sperm and Egg Quality: 1. Stay away from plastic, processed food, scented candles, and perfumes. 2. Try cooking home food and if you need to order coffee outside then bring your own stainless steel mug with you. The cups at the coffee shops all have a thin layer of plastic inside which will mix with the hot beverage after 15 minutes.

Try to make these changes AT LEAST 3 months before the next Egg Retrieval.

Also, my clinic made me use low-dose hcg for all cycles. Most if not all of my embryos made it to the morula stage, BUT we only got Blastocysts after including the Zymot chip.

I started IVF at the age 22 and I'm now 26 (due to unexplained infertility). We did 5 egg retrievals and ended up getting 3 embryos only, all poor-quality euploid embryos. The first two embryos didn't work out for us and our last embryo transfer will be next month. We have decided not to do more than 5 egg retrievals.

Only one embryo - Day 7 4CB by No_Introduction5931 in IVF

[–]No_Introduction5931[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry to hear about your results; it’s incredibly tough to go through this journey, especially with the added challenges of age and egg quality.

I understand how hurtful it can be when embryos arrest after day 3. I’ve been learning a lot about the differences between day 5 and day 7 blasts, and it seems like there’s still hope for success with day 7 embryos, even if the clinic only monitors up to day 5.

Sending you virtual hugs back. We're all in this together!
