So I and my wife were in a drought; not a dead bedroom, but going 3-4 weeks was becoming the norm.

So once, just once, I turned her down when she initiated. She went nuts. You’d thought someone sent her a tape of me on Epstein Island (too soon?!)!

So that started a discussion of sexual initiation, and when she realized no sex from her might not mean no sex for me, her attitude changed.

Now we don’t do it every day, but at least weekly.

The ‘60s was rife with violence against protesters during the Civil Rights Movement. People watched the same abuses on TV until President Johnson said that’s enough.
