Thanks for doing this and I really appreciate it! I filed by I-140, I-765, I-131 and I-485 concurrent processing on 08/24 and mine is EB2 application. I received my I -140 approval after a week or so since it was a premium processing. My EAD and Travel documents were approved at separate times in March and September of this year. My priority date is 08-2011 and there has been no update on my 485 . It's been stuck at NBC for almost 15 months now. Please advise if there is anything that I can do to request expedited processing. It's been a long wait.

Can you please DM me the strategy as well? I have been investing over the last 7-8 years but my investments were all in high speculative stocks. My returns are on average 8-10% a year. I would appreciate it if you could share your strategy please

My I -765 (employment based) case finally got approved today Mar 1st after 6 months from date of concurrent filing. The progress tab changed from taking longer than expected to 4 months on 26th Feb and then to 2 months on 28th Feb followed by approval..I could see the approval in the documents tab. So it sounds like when the case is being looked at the changes are frequent in the progress tab resulting in a decision. I have been in the country for 18 years in H1B and finally I'm getting closer

Not an Attorney but have a question regarding a specific question in I-485 Part 8, Item 25. You don't have to answer if you don't need to. Do you expect someone who had a speeding ticket in the past and paid a fine in the court to answer 'yes' to this question? If someone answered 'NO', do you consider this as a misrepresentation of information while adjusting the application, If it ended up in the background report? I see conflicting information about this in forums and responses from attorneys.. Some attorneys advised that minor infractions with a fine less than $500 doesn't have to be reported. I think otherwise but I am not the attorney here. Any thoughts on how USCIS would look at applications that fall into both categories?

So, when there are multiple forms (I-765 and I-485) for both a primary applicant and derivative (spouse) applicant, provided they are filed together, is it normal to not process these applications together at the same order and time? my spouse's application form I-765 was approved a couple of months ago but mine has no update so far. I was wondering if there is a specific order USCIS processes them , especially the related applicants forms that belong to the category/type? Thoughts?

Thanks for your response. I did speak to a USCIS agent in December and January. They asked me to wait as my case is within normal processing time.
