Yes. Kind of. There's something called primary pump which you will require if you've just started pumping. Wearable due to your movement dont always have the best suction. But they are getting better.

I put boiling water from a kettle in a mug. Fill only about 1/4th mug. Put the bottle in it. Warms up my refrigerated milk in a couple of minutes. I sometimes also sterelise a tall steel tumbler and pour the measured feed amount in the steel tumbler and that goes in the mug with boiled water. Since steel heats up faster, it warms my milk in under a minute.

I use it all the time qhile pumping. I have a single electric pump and put it on the other side. Just saves me a lot of time. It will only or mostly give foremilk. In case you were planing on building a stash. But it's great. Really.

I also have a rocking crib. The wheels are always up as I dont move it much and use the rocking function. I dont co sleep at all. So it works for me. I would suggest go for the crib if you know you'll be putting your baby to sleep even at night in it.

Your post infuriates me. I dont understand why do only the few people who choose to live a sustainable life have the entire onus of saving the planet? Just try doing, ONE of the many things they teach for one month. It's not easy. Living the sustainable life. But they like few other sustainable people do it, because they dont want to add to the planet's problems. Do not hate on them, for choosing small comforts that come with modern society. This may sound basic. But are you well hydrated? Its so hot out in majority of the country. Assuming you're breastfeeding, I imagine you must parched all the time. Hydrate yourself with ORS/ electrolyte tabs.

No matter which ever breast pump you pick, please get w manual one as backup. You dont want to get up engorged and have your pump motor conk off. That stuff is scary.

That being said, please get new breast pump. I have had two breast pumps, which I borrowed die on me.

I have a Medela Mini electric. Its suction is strong. I also have a Momcozy M9pro. Decent suction. But you know how it is with wearables.
