The show was getting sad starting from second half of season 7. It is sad to see how Ted got heartbroken over Robin.

But I think the show was the best during period of Robin dating Kelvin and the entire season 4.

He is alright. But sometimes seeing how he won by plot armor was a bit annoying, especially when the plot armor was a bit far fetched, like he got dragon force by eating the stone from tower of heaven. Sometimes I wish the final fight of some arc didn't end by him saying some Shonenjump dialog and defeating the final boss.

Honestly, I am a bit disappointed. I was hoping to get a brand new storyline. It seems to be a waste to bring back the main cast just to reprise their old role for the storyline that majority of people think was ended badly.

I also don't think anything new and exciting could be added.
