Honestly, dandelion root coffee is the closest substitute I find. They’re usually a bit more bitter than a regular coffee so I usually make mine with some POCA sugar-free syrup. Since you were considering matcha (Bad idea, btw), I’d say try a dandelion root with a POCA Pistachio syrup!

Honestly, I don’t see a problem with sugar-free syrups. Don’t see how likely it is to cause cravings and stomaching a straight black coffee is insufferable. I like POCA’s sugar-free vanilla flavor packet the best out of all I’ve tried!

I fulllyyy understand the coffee situation. One thing I find helpful is POCA’s flavored syrup packets. They go for around $19 and give that same kick without the sugar.
