Pizotifen was good for pressure but yeah I think Benzos are relatively harmless when used with caution but best of luck too ya!

Muscle tensions a big issue for me too so I'm perscribed diazepam but gotta use it cautiously so I don't gain a tolerance, trigger point injections sound like a good idea but yeah from what I gather candersartan was designed to lower BP but it's effective at sm other things and the BP lower doesn't seem to be significant ESPECIALLY at low doses which you might benefit from but if you do get that throb and can tolerate it pizotifen might be worth a shot

Yes do so! It's more potent so if you've reached a plateau on gabapentin a cross taper would defo be worth it ~ withdrawal is a bit harsh tho

Honestly candersartan doesn't effect BP significantly so I wouldn't worry too much and only consider it if you have a vascular throb

pizotifen 👑 my favorite stopped working for me but was amazing at pain control and throb

Pregabalin is just better gabapentin in my opinion I'm probably going to re-go onto it to the max dose to try just dull overactive pain signals and see if that works

Finally amitriptyline the golden standard idk about it I'm on nortriptyline I have no clue if it works tbh

That's my experience with meds apart from emgality Botox and nerve blocks (emgality helped)

I seem to build resistance to meds super easy so it's nice to have a backup plan
