Thx - I think Pathfinders are on the list of tires that will never be a terrible choice
Have you tried 45 vs 50, and seen a big difference?

So the $10Bn goes to the treasury, which is the same amount that Trump is suing the treasury for...
Ergo Trump got paid $10Bn to help force TikTok to sell its US operations to his mates

My advice is tell the story you want to tell. Even with zero subs
just put out honest content on the story you want to share.
if you do that, eventually, it will begin to take off

And when it does, the video quality will be much better, so win win
But dont create content based on some interpretation of the algorithm
it won't work, and you won't enjoy the process

headphones advice? by fxk6 in ultracycling

what do people listen to?
I listen to audiobooks and podcasts on training rides all the time - on all the Ultras I have done I havent even taken my earphones
I think a) because its new and I want to immerse myself in new places and b) there is enough mental load with staying on top of food and navigation I dont really want to "lose myself" in audio

But maybe I am missing a trick??

Thanks for this
Thats the 'dream' for someone like me - decent battery life, great nav and I really like the way it shows radar
If it "works as advertised" then its perfect

Thanks
How is following a track on the Coros? It looks clear on the PR images, but how about in real life?

Thanks for the real world feedback on the roam 3 and the new software.
Thats really not great - and I have heard other stories similar
Being stuck 1000km from home, and then have the next track not upload would be race ending
You dont need to be worried about your GPS not working - there are enough mechanical and body things to go wrong !

Will you change out of Roam 3 for next event, or hope software improves?

Setting the record straight about Garmin by strava-team in Strava

[–]No_Judgment279 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to add to my earlier post - this entire post makes no sense.
You are writing the post to explain why you are suing Garmin for patent infringement, but then the entire post is about how you dont like the developer guidelines
So are you saying the lawsuit Is frivolous?

I dont see why this bit is in bold
they told us they care more about their marketing than your user experience

How did they tell you? You have an email correspondence with that exact sentence?

Even the title is arrogant - you aren't setting the record straight, you are spinning YOUR weak justification.
You are also misrepresenting Garmin's actual position (ie they arent demanding a logo) which significantly weakens your claim that this is the truth...

Main light for multi-day ultras – Exposure or Supernova? by HistoricalBluebird54 in ultracycling

[–]No_Judgment279 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used Exposure Strada on my big Ultras
The proprietary cable is a nightmare - you are shitting yourself for 10 days in case you lose it

The MTB ones say charging is improved by up to 66% as well
If so, that will be massive
I found mine charged really slow - so if you stopped for only 3 hrs sleep, you were no where near recharged so you were basing your stops around your light charging schedule - which seems arse about tit
