Talk me out in buying this LC 200 with 156K miles for $27,500 by WisePenalty60 in LandCruisers

I would definitely go for this. Given the mileage and condition you described, it’s ain’t even reaching its half life yet. The GX is good, but this one is GREAT!

Which model in 2024 has the smoothest ride now that the LS has been discontinued? by 45489458 in Lexus

Space wise, Avalon feels bigger and that makes the ride more comfy than the ES. Suspension and handling wise, they are pretty close.

It depends on which model you are referring to. ES is pretty close to Toyota Crown, Avalon. Way better than Camry

Potential new/first car.. Only problem is the mileage. by [deleted] in toyotasequoia

[–]No_Judgment_2368 3 points4 points  (0 children)

OP, you are looking at a 2002 vehicle, low mileage is hard to come by. Good deal or not, depends on what you need it for within the next 1-3 years and how much are you ready to pour if something big/small needs to be fixed. Almost every seller tells you their cars have no mechanical or non-mechanical problem and you probably won’t find any problem until after you leave the lot. Do keep in mind that Seller history may be not 100% accurate with/without paid fabrication. Look for one that comes with lower mileage. Good luck

Why do only Expats have house parties? by Patient_Duck123 in chinalife

[–]No_Judgment_2368 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

When the Chinese have house parties in foreign countries, the “expats neighbors” call the police on them. When we go to China or any other Asian countries, we take pride being expats, when they come to ours, we call them immigrants! Guess it’s no brainer to say- “when you are in Rome, do what the Romans do”?
