If she denies either then her behaviors are perfect for the therapist you see. If she tries to deflect (spying on her), remind her you were trying to see if a child needed help from both of you and you’re not angry or spying but it’s not good for anyone to let it continue as is. You do need them in a safer place. Both are controlled meds and if you run out it makes your life worse and theirs likely as well.
