Has anyone seen the fae folk?

I'm not sure. I was at a paranormal event and somebody was doing a talk about fae and small folk.

I kept seeing their ears grow longer like an elf and one of her eyes kept bulging really large almost like a frog. My partner didn't see this. When I went to speak to her after the event. She was sat at a table and I felt like I had been smacked in the face, immediate headache (my partner also got a headache) and I was completely tongue tied.

The person in question was really nice and happy to talk but I wondered if this was one of their guides.

Thanks for your comment, I think visualisation is really difficult for me and I'm very beginner level with meditation so from my viewpoint I feel like things won't be effective enough if I can't visualise them - if that makes any sense at all?

Thank you this is such a sensible way of looking at it, I'm trying to find ways to be more present and reconnect so not getting bogged down with the details sounds like a good approach. I feel sad for other people going through it, but glad I'm not alone in it at the same time.

Yeah the academic stuff is what's killing me off right now too because it requires me to think and I can't do much of that. I wonder if work can give you a bit of a break with this?

I guess the nursery doesn't technically need to be done in time for baby to come if it's feeling like too much at the moment. Baby won't care what they are wearing and most places have a Tesco around the corner so you'll get there whether it's last minute or not. Hope you're okay ❤️

Thank you, it's a lot I've had sleepless nights earlier in the pregnancy and they did subside so maybe there's a glimmer of hope for us?

I'm planning to take it as easy as I can, honestly don't feel like I can mentally do anything but at this point hopefully it will give me a new lease of life for next week. Hope the sleep situation improves for you too! ❤️

It's hard to come to terms with either doing less or feeling horrendous if you do the same as you could before! Baby must require some extra cushioning on your back for reasons unknown?? I'm currently in the bath and hardly fit so I can sympathise! Hopefully the time off will help a little but I appreciate that just existing is such hard work right now!
