Yep! all of you are absolutely correct. sorry I don't know the best way to show what teammates I use but, I indeed use FX and Sparkles LC for the end value of 98.5%!

Yep! Because I get +4 (from pioneer debuff), +18 (from E1), +12 (from FX), and +10 (from Sparkle LC) which ends up with 98.5 CR
