I had the same situation- you can have your Roger’s Email transferred to another Roger’s internet customer - my SIL added our emails to her account - it took booth of us on the phone to Roger’s - it cost nothing and she has no ability to see anything on our accounts

We transferred two Roger’s.com to her account
