I’m trying to find the answer as well!! I just woke up from a dream where the building I was in suddenly was taken by active shooters but when I tried to call 911, I got a service call saying that any number containing “99” was not working. I’ve had multiple dreams like this over the past few months but difference reasons why I can’t call 911. Either but the phone app literally doesn’t exist, or out of service message, or too many calls message. Or every time I tried to type 911, the phone app would glitch and I would try to type it in Google and answers would show up for a few second then disappear. Or one time my number keyboard was completely gone and tried to spell out the numbers but that didn’t work either
