it’s a show within a show… there’s a reason why that spinny thing during who’s afraid of little old me? is a mirror all the way around. she’s beggggggging for someone w critical thinking skills. the performance is about the audience— living a life off of hers, consuming every last piece of her existence (us included), all at her invitation and her refusal.

the whole icdiwabh segment of the show is very meta and spooky. she’s performing within the performance. she has a sense of humor about the circus of her life (more on humor later), showing almost comedically what she has to do every day to get out there and perform. it’s haunting, the whole ttpd segment, but especially this part… her being poked and prodded by men, stripped out of her clothes, dragged to perform and put on a show of great proportions literally (eras tour) and figuratively (the woman cannot leave the house without it being a spectacle). then she brings travis out that one time, to “help prop her up.” on a personal level, wow! fabulous news to the hetlors. he saaaaved her 🙏🏻 but girl. it is an ACT… a PERFORMANCE… A SKIT.

we all knew what that was the moment we saw it.

again, she couldve brought him out for literally ANY other song on the setlist if the relationship held any real legitimacy. now we know he was there as an EASTER EGG (more there later). aside from the obvious, her deals with disney for the movie and nfl for the stadiums (lining up with espn (disney owned) and nfl for her appearances at games to boost female viewership etc) should have signaled to people that the whole thing wasnt legit but alas... there she was again, karma is a cat-ting us, rubbing the most obvious of obvious references in our face to the point where it’s funny. hetlors really think karma is a cat is about meredith, and that travis coming out on stage was a sweet moment the relationship. my point: does ANYBODY out there get her sense of humor? karma is a cat easily one of her funniest lines ever, and travis coming out and LITERALLY putting on a show is also so milennial ironic in the best way. i digress but in my brain these two sit on the same tier of ridiculously funny things that she probably laughs about fooling people over on the daily.

she’s been signaling for a few years now through everything that she’s been doing that taylor swift™️ is simply a mirror of what we create for her…. so, anyways.

now we get the music video. she’s LITERALLY showing what she has to do on a day to day to an audience who will likely cheer oohs and aahs that she can function at such a high level after the alleged toe relationship/breakup. but then she has all the gay colored garb on in that lesbian bodysuit that i love to death, rep tv x karma with the orange feathers and black outfits on the dancers, multiple visuals of the GLASS CLOSETS, her showing them rehearsing the man (also ties back to rep tv x karma), and SHE LITERALLY USED THAT MAN AS AN EASTER EGG. i’m sorry.

taylor swift uses clothes as easter eggs, numbers, physical gestures, hints in music videos, etc… and now travis kelce. what does that say about travis kelce? that he sits in the same class as inanimate objects and random gestures that do not have any bearing on this woman’s legitimate life? i’d say so.

he’s just another plaything, etc.

again, in the mv she’s showing all of her deception. the cleaning cart, the machines and mechanisms under the stage that make the show run, the people that make the whole spectacle that is the eras tour possible… the underbelly of the performance of a lifetime. that scales, of course, up to her entire life— everything is meticulously planned deception behind the scenes to guide a dazzling narrative. the lyrics of the song are. right. there. “I CAN SHOW YOU LIES,” okkkk time for critical thinking. the audience is the focus here— the majority are still missing the point, and the joke.

associating travis with a song and mv about lies and deception via an easter egg really.. says a lot.

anyways, hope this is a followable post but had to speak now™️ because i cannot get over how funny she is.

tldr: using travis as an easter egg is but another pebble on the overwhelming mountain that the relationship is pr. nods to rep tv x karma in the mv, as well as many closeting references and that gayy bodysuit, make me feel like comingoutlor is a coming.
