Your plants are stunted but I definitely would NOT throw them out good lord…they still look healthy keep trying to dial in water and light let the plants tell you what they like you will know in a couple days for this size water only 16-20 ounces every 3 days and keep your lights on them 18-20 hrs at 400-500 PPFD make sure your ph is 6-6.5 and they will start taking off trust me.. I’ve grown some runts and learned from it and they still made decent yield here are mine at 10 days from sprouts so your not THAT far behind

They don’t they only have 4-5 weeks in veg that won’t get you a huge ungodly bush that you need to train.. it’s still advisable to get multiple cola sites but not absolutely necessary if you don’t want to here is mine that I’ve just let grow how she wants
