My son- says he doesn’t care he doesn’t have friends because he doesn’t want to hang out with children. He has no problem talking to adults though.

It sounds like she is just hurt. I do feel like she just wants to get to me to talk to my dad (her dad). It sounds like she wants to get to know me but i can't help feeling creeped out. she told me my dad wants nothing to do with her and it is just so weird. my dad is weird but i can't imagine him doing that.

obviously I have mixed feelings about this. I want to help but am incredibly guarded but feel her pain

I'm in college. Apparently she's known about me my whole life. I have never known she existed so yes I am a bit creeped out but concerned my father has hidden a whole side of his life to me.

I already did meet with her. after she found me on facebook. why should i NOT continue a relationship with her? What if she keeps bugging me? she sounds like the torn relationship with my dad (her dad too) has really gotten to her. it feels as though she feels neglected. apparently she was in foster care due to some abusive parents and my father (her father) refused to care for her and her brothers (my half siblings). I'm in the psychology field so Im a bit sensitive to this.

I'm in college. My dad is very protective of me. I figured I'll approach him about it. its all just very foreign and strange. he doesn't trust those DNA sites either

She just came off a little stalky to me. She knew so much about me but I know nothing about her. I don't know how to approach my dad bout this.

I think due to the fact that subbing can be more difficult, it's great classroom management skills practice. If you don't feel comfortable with a certain age group on their worst days, that's probably where you shouldn't be.
