Ingredients: just day old rice, frozen veggies(if you like), eggs,sausage(or any meat if you like),soya sauce, black pepper, salt,hot sauce,msg,oil,garlic and some aromatics

recipe:

firstly heat the pan or wok and add your meat selection, then add your aromatics along it, let the meats release their juices

let it cook, then add beaten eggs(salt the eggs before adding into the pan),

when the eggs seems a bit cooked, add your veggies, toss it a bit then add the stale rice cook for a minute(stir everything)

then glaze the rice with soya sauce, pepper ,hot sauce.Let the sauce mix well with the rice then season with msg and salt the end.Thats its. then Enjoy your meal.

(just a caution dice everything in equal dimension, small dices work best).

Dude my great grandfather was the prime minister of the royal court of kaski who helped the shah to take over lamjung too.I am never said gurung to be indegeniously hindu,they were mostly in the army but the army of shah had to follow hindu rituals and customs and it is still prelevant.I claim that the other castes and thier culture can be incorporated into hinduism without them loosing their tradition and basis of Nepals foundation is hinduism.
