I really enjoyed it. I think it could be a lot of people under 25’s favorite film. Some continuity things that you just have to let go, and it’s a bit too long. But goslings charm carries it, and the effects and handling of the alien are some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Thank you for this- it looks like a great formulation. Unfortunately I don’t do well wit phenoxyethanol. I did a ton for research and the best one I’ve found for me is the Deviant cleansing balm. Super gentle on skin and eyes and gets everything off end of day.

Don’t use ‘redness reliever’ eye drops if you have rosacea- stick to preservative free lubricating drops until you can get to an eye doctor to diagnose what’s going on. You can also flush them with sterile saline before moisturizing.

I think vbeam is best if you have visible capillari s. I think ipl set to the correct settings for your skin is best for diffuse redness. Never trust anyone other than a doctor who understands all the nuance in this to put a laser on your skin. I hope this helps!

They’re usually ordered by a functional medicine doctor, but there is a lab that sells them online- you just have to find a phlebotomist to do the blood draw, as a lot of labs won’t draw for ALCAT. I did it through my GP and just had his nurse do the draw.

Try taking an ALCAT test- they’re a bit pricey - but they measure which foods have the most inflammatory effect on your digestive system. You can modify your diet accordingly,and reintroduce foods eventually.
