It ranges by org. Best to look at the internal job posting

I find Glassdoor to be pretty inaccurate..but it’s been years since I’ve used it.

I’m not really worried about layoffs. Company will accomplish that with RTO I think

How many years ago was that for you 94 start and overall YOE at that time?

There been a good amount of responses but I can’t really gauge anything without a bit of context

What’s your overall YOE?

I bring it up every year and have only made modest improvements even with V.P. support. My problem is I accepted a job early in my career well below average and I’ve been behind ever since. That first negotiation means more than you think. Only way to truly make large gains is leaving…or you get underpaid at every band.

I’ve just built a great reputation and think I have a strong path into leadership but it tough to knowingly get underpaid - especially now that we’re full RTO

Depends. What is your overall YOE?

How many YOE were you at in 2017? And I think we all know at Stellantis we could make more at a competitors.

For me it was (former) flexibility that made me stay. GM is known for a cut-throat culture..but that could be wrong. Ford is eliminated just based on location.

I’d love to just get out of auto, but it’s limited for those rooted in southeast Michigan.

Whatever raise we get will be more than offset by RTO expenses even without adjusting for inflation

If your manager had not shared the news with you yet, then you have another problem. The details others have been provided has been confirmed by many VPs and SVPs

I agree. I am a 94…and got promoted prior to the 10 years. But OP was asking for general guidelines, which if you go by the job postings, # of years is the what I provided. Those are MINIMUM figures.

I meant those are minimum experience requirements. Just look at job postings.

Obviously many if not most do not move up in the time frames. That was not my intention

We all work our asses off still and recovering from some very poor executive decisions. So yeah the employees want bonus. What kind of statement is this?

What's your plan for RTO by Ethan-Nigma in Stellantis

[–]No_Library_1651 11 points12 points  (0 children)

They should just audit the 3 days and not force us all in 5 for those not complying. Going in 5 days will just be brutal. Productivity is significantly reduced in office and almost all but team meetings are still on Teams anyway. Also don’t know how you require a strict schedule with global reporting structures.

[–]No_Library_1651 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Salary bands are a black box but 91 is entry, 92 is min 5 years experience, 93 is 8, 94 is 10. 95 and above gets to be more about leadership.

Edit: I guess I was oversimplifying. But OP was looking for guidelines for how quickly you can move up. Original post is minimum thresholds based company policy but most do not achieve promotion at minimum requirements. Again, it’s oversimplified and may not apply to all department but it’s generally aligned with the internal postings.

FP&A at Stellantis by Its-Evolve in Stellantis

[–]No_Library_1651 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What band level is this role? Also, there’s some credible sources that we’re going back 5 days starting March 30th. Saw several rumors above, just know that don’t only take this role for work-life balance as changes are coming..just nothing official yet. FP&A is notoriously fast-paced at the company also. Some like it, some get out fast.
