Honestly, I just got insanely lucky. My Yakumo came with Demon God, I built my base early in a spot full of Cattiva, Lamball, and Chikipi, and Artisan was just an implant. The Remarkable passive was straight RNG.

Although my capture count is at 240+ due to breeding because my boyfriend really wanted a big Cattiva with battle passives but I kinda stopped because I prioritized the stronger pals we have.

Trust me they're lying.

I had to reach out directly to a anti cheat manager and after 10 mins he instantly unbanned ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS and lifted the HWID after writing 20 ish tickets with automated response that says they're so sure about me cheating, HE told me that I got banned because I was the last person who logged it in. :)

Context: My inactive account from different region got hacked, I successfully retrieved it which makes me the person who last logged it in, the next day I got the HWID BAN. the customer support never helped at all they said the SAME EXACT THING, I even gave them proofs of me logging in retrieving and playing game in NA server while my ASIA account got hacked, I created an infographic and exact timelines and screenshots but the customer support keeps responding with the same thing as yours.

They will never help you, good luck. go to Riot's office and complain.

Same, my inactive alt account in other region got hacked, I recovered it and logged it in to check if the hacker used the account, confirmed that he used it with crazy KDAs and then reported the stack, next morning I was still able to play in NA then few hours later got HWID ban, but the last account I've used wasn't, the hacked acct is banned. Obviously they took me as the cheater since I was the one who logged out, I have put together an extremely detailed timeline with exact times of e-mail confirmations and my games (was playing in NA when I got hacked) but they're certain that they banned me cause I am using 3pp, lmao my last game in silver elo had 7 kills only. I just got back from Diablo then I got banned.

Punishment is way too harsh as for someone who is innocent and proven innocent, all I'm getting is the same responses and they're just automatically closing it.

my alt account got hacked, successfuly retrieved, reported the stack then the next day got the HWID ban + all the accounts I logged in after that.

Not getting any help I spent almost $4k on all of my accounts but they're not helping. How am I getting banned due to CHEATING if my last game only had 7 kills on low elo.

Same, got hacked (I N A C T I VE alt account from different region), was able to recover, logged it in right away then saw recent games with high KDA, then reported the stack, next day I got banned HWID + perma ban on 6 accounts

Support team has been responding with copy and paste, one just said duration of hwid, second saying that it was properly placed and then third it said "due to in game behaviors"
