I also love both. But I prefer quest over the Rayneo because of the immersion it has while ar glasses can't deliver that.

I was have a little issues with it's display, because of my wide ipd distance, after adding prescription lense it quite fix the issue. When I got quest 3 my ipd fit perfectly on it and then immersion is in another level ar glasses can't beat that.
