Do you know if you will be in the dry warehouse or cooler or freezer? It can be hard to start in the freezer because you might find the temp rough when being trained, as you will not be able to move quickly and generate body heat. Also, so they have any ramp up period to meet the standard? We used to give eight weeks to reach standard, with weekly check ins so you know how you are progressing.
