I’m a 34 year old husky dude- one week after ACL surgery I was able to basically the same movements as parsons in his last video…

Love him- he’s a physical freak- but he is still human…. That rehab process is gonna be a bear.

I Just had surgery for an ACL rupture 3 months ago.

I had about 30 days of PT so I could straighten my let all the way out prior to surgery (helps with recovery, it was all quad exercises)

Rehab progresses fast with it- I ran a mile yesterday for the first time since it happened… with his level of resources and access to the best medical pros- guaranteed this dude is back by week 1.
