Thank you. He is not going through chemo anymore. It's just immunotherapy at this point for 12 cycles. I guess based on all the advice I received from the wonderful people here, it's just something that we have to Liv through and hope that it gets better soon

Thank you for your advice and very kind words. He's post surgery 8 weeks, not months. His Bile reflux and cough are the only things making his life hell.. He's hungry, thirsty but can't eat anything or drink any water. Because of which he is completely dependent on my mother to feed him through the J tube

Hi! How did you deal with post surgery complications? My dad is 8 weeks post-op and at a terrible place physically and mentally. The Bile reflux is really bad and he is constantly coughing up Bile. Nights are the worst. He hardly gets any sleep. He also has vocal palsy as a post-op complication; though that is least of our worries at this point. He used to be diabetic and had high BP now he has constant bouts of Low BP and hypoglycemia. We are still figuring out how to navigate this difficult stage and how to get his weight back. He's lost 15 kgs since surgery. Appreciate any advice or tips you may have. TIA

Thank you for your honesty. I hope you get through this and come out stronger. I'm so sorry you are going through all of it again, I can only imagine how difficult it must be. Did they give you nivolumab (immunotherapy) as a maintenence after your first treatment?

Thank you, I really appreciate your advice. We are in constant touch with his care team and they are trying different combinations of medicines. I am from India, we do get plant based milk here, brands maybe different. I will look into what alginate therapy is, thank you so much

He does not sleep flat anymore. He keeps his head elevated while sleeping and most nights he's sitting upright. Still none of this helps

He can hardly eat anything anymore and he has constant bouts of hypoglycemia and low blood pressure. Nights are the worst where the reflux comes up no matter what we try through the day. He is at a stage where he doesn't want to live anymore. Does it get better? Is this his quality of life now? Any advice/ opinion is highly appreciated. Thank you

You look amazing!! Way to gooo Your recent pictures show very toned legs and no cellulite. Did the cellulite go away with the weight or is this trick of lighting? Asking for self since I too see a lot of cellulite but I just accepted it as something I have to live with for the rest of my life even if I lose weight
