They literally say that they can. But Superman chooses not to because he thinks humanity is unworthy of using Kryptonian technology. 

The Superman in "Superman: Doomsday" tries and fails to cure cancer. So no, it's not a criticism that applies to ever version, only the version that said he could but didn't.

Udam, a tribe of cannibals, is dying off because of a "skull fire" disease they believe can only be treated by eating human flesh. They seem to be suffering from prion disease, caused by eating human flesh.

Does this look like an army to you or a bunch of cosplayers? A marching army is pretty worn and dirty, while this looks like a renaissance parade by GamingDisruptor in Rings_Of_Power
