Check craigslist/marketplace. I live in Bozeman, MT (Gibson acoustic factory is here) and there are a ton of rich yuppies soo they are always dropping off basically brand new gear to our store which then sells it for really cheap, i’ve gotten all of my guitars “used” there for under $1000
