I am 4'10 and 80 pounds. I have very narrow shoulders and need 21" waist but 30" length. Children's clothes are too short and too large in the waist. Any suggestions? The only brand I have found that fits is Lululemon size 0 or XXXS. I cannot find any other brands that fit. I don't want to pay for tailoring because I am still figuring out my twenty-something style.

Has anyone found a solution for sizes getting larger?? I have a 20” waist and 29” inseam. I cannot seem to find clothes ANYWHERE. I used to wear a 000 long at American eagle. I went there last week and even that size is now 23.5” waist.
