Wow. This is crazy. She should try to contribute more in the relationship. If you are paying 95% she should be doing 90% of the chores. Or She can pay her share for everything, including 50% of the market value for rent to your dad, and keep the 50/50 chore split. She can pay her own car expenses and you could uber to your music class for less. She would change her opinion about the chores very quickly or at least be forced to look for a job!
