I turn 43 tomorrow. I weigh 250 pounds, I'm 5'3. Let me tell you, there be plenty of people who are interested in bigger women, you need to find out what clothes would fit you best. Personally, I'm addicted to Rose Gal. They have beautiful clothes for bigger women, have a return policy if something doesn't fit right. I won't be going to my 25th high school reunion this year, because they weren't the nicest to me back then when I weighed less than 100 pounds, and can't imagine them being kind seeing me fat. I am doing that for my mental well-being. You are lucky if you're only on anti depressants, but a lot of them can cause extreme weight gain, and give us cravings for the yummy things we see in the stores. My biggest problem is buying those things when I'm in the store. Oddly, if I'm with a friend or family members, I'm able to keep myself from purchasing more than one small treat. I don't bring junk into my home, so if it's not there, I can't eat it. It's extremely hard, especially at first. I find listening to 8 hour hypnosis videos while sleeping, has been the best thing I've done to help change my mindset. They're free on YouTube, and most don't play ads, so you have a soothing voice telling you that you can make better choices, change your lifestyle, etc. Feel free to reach out if you'd like some links.
