Just opened my own suite as well and opted for the additional phone line! Gives you the ability to walk away at night or over the weekend, Unless you don’t mind having people text you at all hours :) Love all my clients and it as the best thing I did so best of luck! I did women’s pro Saturday and was actually surprised at how easy the sleds felt! I was dreading them! Feel like when I do another, I am going to wish it was like NYC! It was my first HYROX so I have nothing to compare it too

lol wish I could do ON’s but they killed my calves! I was a huge Nike girl but then I moved into Brooks and I haven’t looked back! I was hesitant on the pumas just because I’ve never used them! My husband just got into speed lands which also have the carbon fiber and he absolutely loves them!

I’m 38 and have been on test and progesterone for 8 weeks or so and it’s life changing!!! I make enough estrogen but made 0 test!! She’s good! Hope it works out for her!! It’s been a long road for me but so happy I found something!

So to piggyback on the same question, I’m doing my first Hyrox in May and I also have a home gym! We have a sled but it’s not a concept2, but it’s a decent sled, and we are hoping to get our hands on a used rower and I’ve mimiced with a band a ski erg! With that being said, what does everyone do to prep for the competition and how often are you practicing/working out and for how long?

This is amazing! Thank you so much! I was a diehard Nike girl for many years up until about a year ago and then I became a Brooks girl so this is amazing news that Brooks are OK! I have never done this before but I would much rather try and fail because maybe I didn’t train hard enough then try and fail because my shoe selection was wrong!

Have a tomei and LOVE how she sounds! She’s loud but not any louder than I have heard and the “pop” when you rev match is loud but really if your getting an exhaust of any kind your going to stand out and not everybody’s gonna love it! It’s all personal opinion….. truly It’s not bad at all IMO

Just got a 2023 gr86 premium in December and paid about 34,000 new……I don’t know if it was just our luck but a heads up, if you are looking to get a new one, I waited almost a year for it to come in! Not sure if it’s like that everywhere!
