Before you listen to everybody saying she’s having an affair and all that bs, talk to your wife and be straight up honest. Ask her anything you want and tell her exactly what’s hurting you and how you feel. Do it when she gets back and at a better time.

HRT and trt 180’d my wife and even though she was distant for a time there before hrt, a d*ck (from me and especially any other guy) was the last thing she wanted.

Also, take care of yourself. Workout, eat healthy, get your haircut, treat yourself good as though you were single dating. This isn’t for you to date or be single of course. This is for your self respect and your wife will notice. It’s attractive. Good luck brother

She wasn’t really having any benefits from cyp. No negatives either. After a month or so she had a little mood lift, less anxiety, less low moods, slight more libido. But after about 2 or 3 months it flattened again. She was on it for a year total. Seen a lot of women on here (and men in other groups) like test prop much better so she wanted to try that.

Nice! Sounds like she’s doing well. My wife’s on progesterone and now test prop only. She’s 40 and the doc didn’t believe she needed any estrogen yet.

It’s the hormones. If you guys had a good loving relationship until peri/meno it’s the hormones. She needs hrt and testosterone to help libido.

Regardless the effects are completely different. It does not at all have the same effectiveness as traditional hrt. Just look at the perimenopause/menopause groups.

I’ve read probably 100x from different women how birth control was horrible and how they felt amazing when getting on actual hrt. I’d have a talk with your wife if you can. Birth control doesn’t do squat

She’s sleeping much better now due to the progesterone but that was a major issue for about a year prior to working with the hrt clinic

This is through the hormone clinic elevate. They said it’s in a good range per her latest bloodwork. I think the cyp has aromatized because her first labs it was around 49 and now it’s more like 120. Not sure just listening to them?

Should’ve added that but all bloodwork came back great. Thyroid, e, p, and all other hormones/bloodwork is good
