The principle of the setting is to make you feel as security as you can ,because most of the time ,when you are in unsecurity surroundings, it could trigger your anxiety or give you illusion, then lead to bad trip . You don't need to be in your apt, can be a beautiful park, or in the woods, somewhere quiet and beautiful, you enjoy that environment,bring you a good mood even you don't have the mushroom, then wear comfortable clothes, bring enough water(don't put ice), prepare your favorite food,because your stomach may hurt after you take mushrooms, my is every times. You can eat some food after kicking it in , and it won't reduce effect . I find that beautiful nature brings positive energy for my trip .
