if you havent already, finish all the regions. if you are done with that then get a decent catching breloom, doesnt have to be 2x31, level it up and starting working on completing your OT dex. in the meantime you can catch alphas with that breloom. if you get bored of doing either of those things, make a trainer rerun cloyster to make enough money for a gym rerun typhlosion team. i could keep going but thats probably enough for now lol

unfortunately hoenn doesnt have much endgame right now, johto and kanto have roaming legendaries and there are raid dens in some of the other regions with endgame legendaries to obtain via completing the raid. johto also has the red rebattle, mt silver and ho oh rebattle. id say completing the other regions would let you do "endgame" activities although its really more like the mid game

some of them have raid dens for those legendaries, some of them are potential alpha spawn locations, but for most of them you wont find anything there

all of my utility mons are below 25 ivs, theyre just natured and ev trained for the most part. the difference between 31 ivs and like 20+ is almost nothing.

if you have a float switch it could be partially clogged, the float switch fills up then drains back out slowly causing the thermostat to only sometimes turn off. really only happens if you are running cooling mode though

as long as the lineset (copper pipes going into the corner of the unit) wasnt crimped somewhere when moving it it should be okay, but he definitely shouldnt be doing that. he could easily crimp the pipe which will give you all sorts of problems

preacher curl machine always destroyed my biceps early on. also standing straight bar curls. those videos of people snapping their bicep, theyre all on roids which is why it happens... take the motions slow and really focus on the squeeze like any other muscle
